The spring real estate market is in full swing in Northern Virginia with a strong bias towards sellers. In Vienna, listings are getting snapped up in less than a week while selling for an average of 2% over asking price.
Personally, I just had a sale in Vienna that was on the market for 5 days, got over 10 offers, and sold for 23% more than listing price on a $281,000 increase. While inventory remains low, the demand from buyers is still very strong which is pushing keen competition on every sale.
