My wife and I would give only the highest remarks concerning Doug Richards. We purchased a condo from Pulte and Doug was the Sales Manager we worked with. Throughout the process, Doug showed excellent knowledge of the project and of the area. He was very helpful as well as very honest. He always followed through on questions and concerns we may have had.

Once we decided to build/buy with Pulte, Doug did not disappear. He continued to be our advocate. When we had a few serious issues during the construction process Doug was there to proactively represent us. He came up with alternatives that made sense and worked hard to resolve our issues. Once we completed the purchase Doug stayed proactive and worked to assist us to get issues resolved. Doug went out of his way to raise concerns with the Condo Board when appropriate or to push back on Pulte. Never once did Doug abandon us or take the easy way in his management. As I stated in the beginning. Nothing but high marks for Doug. His Customer Service skills are superior. High knowledge, excellent follow-up, and a desire to help his customer. I would certainly recommend Doug to anyone.
