Doug was very knowledgeable and had great knowledge of the market. He gave a very thorough analysis of the comps in the building and in the surrounding area. He was very responsive to my questions and kept me up to date on all traffic we had. All paperwork was discussed prior to signing and there were no surprises in the closing process.
